Velari Travel Limited — Terms and Conditions

1. Service Overview

Velari Travel Limited operates as a travel sourcing and coordination intermediary. We source third-party Airbnb accommodations, luxury vehicle rentals, and other premium travel experiences within the United Kingdom, tailored to each client’s preferences. Important: We do not own, operate, or manage any of the properties or vehicles sourced.

2. Booking and Sourcing

Clients may engage us to source accommodation and/or transport services that meet their specifications. Clients may also choose to book accommodations or transport services independently. Upon agreement and payment, we will begin sourcing options that match the client’s criteria. If we are unable to fulfil the briefed specifications, we will offer suitable alternatives or issue a full refund (minus any agreed admin fees). Bookings are only confirmed upon written acceptance and receipt of payment by Velari Travel Limited.

3. Payment and Fees

We charge a sourcing and coordination fee, clearly communicated before commitment. All fees are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Full payment is required before sourcing commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All third-party bookings (e.g., Airbnb, vehicle hire) are made in the client’s name unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Once services are sourced and confirmed, third-party cancellation terms apply. Velari Travel Limited is not responsible for third-party refunds or cancellations. If Velari Travel cannot source a service as promised, we will refund our own sourcing fee. No refunds are given after a service is approved by the client and confirmed with third party providers, unless stated otherwise.

5. Event Transport & Personal Touches

We offer event pickup and drop-off via outsourced luxury transport partners. We do not provide food, drink, or entertainment. We may, at our discretion, include small touches (e.g., flowers, gifts, or branded tokens) depending on availability and package selection. These are not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Velari Travel Limited acts only as an intermediary. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service quality of third-party providers. We do not accept liability for loss, injury, inconvenience, or damage caused by third-party services. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid to us for our services.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must be 18 years or older to use our services. Clients are responsible for providing clear and accurate information. Clients must adhere to all terms and conduct policies set by third-party providers.

8. Geographic Scope

Velari Travel Limited currently operates exclusively within the United Kingdom.

9. Data and Privacy

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. Amendments
